The book was published between two signature championship wins by the Lakers against the Larry Bird-led Celtics in 1985 and 1987. The '87 victory featured an iconic moment in NBA history, with Magic Johnson making a game-winning baby sky hook in Game 4. Scott Ostler and Steve Springer, both of whom signed this copy, are renowned and award-winning sportswriters who have written for the Los Angeles Times and the San Francisco Chronicle. Item #SOSS001
