Volume I: First edition, Teerink's "B" with the engraved frontispiece of Lemuel Gulliver in the second state (as usual); volume II: Second edition (Teerink 293) as stated on the title page, bound without advertisement leaf. Bound in contemporary full polished brown calf, spines attractively rebacked early with floral decorations in blind, gilt bands, red lettered labels, dates in gilt to lower spines. Spines lightly worn and rubbed, some scattered foxing and toning to pages, small stain to upper corner of leaves of volume II. A very good set.
