La Tour de Feu was a French literary magazine, published in Jarnac, France by Pierre Boujout from 1946 to 1981. This particular edition is dedicated to writings by and about the American expatriate and author Henry Miller, who had lived in Paris during the 1930s. Interestingly, Miller's writing because popular in France before he was widely known in the United States, partly because many of his works were banned by the U.S. government until 1961.
