Paris: The Obelisk Press, 1937. First Edition. Very Good.First edition, limited to 200 copies signed by Miller. Additionally inscribed by Miller in 1938 on the front endpaper to expatriate friend and fellow writer, Bessie Breuer. Original buff wrappers, gatherings loosely inserted and uncut as issued. Wrappers browned with some wear and staining to front cover, light chipping to upper spine. Miller was closely associated with Breuer's family and firmly supported Breuer's daughter, Anne Poor, throughout her artistic career. Poor's drawings were later featured in Miller's 1964 book, Greece.
